• We only ship to the United Kingdom.

  • We offer standard and secure delivery with Royal Mail within 2-5 working days. Delivery time is estimated from the time your order is shipped.

    The delivery cost is calculated at checkout depending on the delivery address.

  • Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed at weekends and on bank holidays are dispatched within 48 hours*.

  • You can return or exchange any order within 14 days of receiving it. If you wish to return your items, please contact our customer care team.

  • Before confirming your order, you will be able to chose if you would like a gift wrapping box and also to write a personalised message that will be printed on a card, inserted into an envelope and included with your order.

  • You can track the order via customer account, by logging in to your account then clicking on "my orders". Then click on the tracking number to track your order.

    You will also receive the same tracking number by email after the order is shipped.
